Are your homes furnished or unfurnished?
Both. Legacy Residences offers furnished and unfurnished rental homes. Furnished homes come move-in ready with the comforts of home; unfurnished homes are a blank canvas for longer stays.
What stay lengths do you offer?
Short-, mid-, and long-term stays — from flexible short visits, to extended stays and work assignments, to longer chapters.
Who owns the properties?
Every Legacy Residences home is in a property owned by Heather and William Abbott. You stay in a home the owners stand behind.
Where are Legacy Residences homes located?
Altmar, NY and Slidell, LA — with more communities on the way.
Do you manage rentals for other property owners?
No. Legacy Residences stays are offered exclusively in properties owned by Heather and William Abbott.
